RHVC was founded to deliver independent, property-specific analysis without the conflicts inherent in larger multi-service firms. Each engagement is approached with the same discipline: understand the property, understand the market, and apply the methodology appropriate to the assignment and its intended use.
Professional Approach
RHVC operates as an independent practice. Assignments are completed in accordance with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) and scoped to the intended use and intended users. The practice does not provide advocacy opinions or predetermined conclusions.
Independence
Opinions are formed independently, based on market evidence and analytical judgment.
Property-Specific Analysis
Each assignment is approached in the context of the specific property, market, and intended use.
Analytical Rigor
Conclusions are supported by documented research, market evidence, and appropriate methodology.
Geographic Reach
RHVC accepts assignments throughout the United States, with particular experience in the Mountain West, Rocky Mountain region, and Western United States. Geographic scope is discussed as part of the engagement process.
